fear of rejection is the biggest obstacle in any ones life. this fear can be removed, although its not easy for every one, by confidence building. confidence building is a long process. first of all the candidate needs to understand the fear is inside him. unless he himself doesnot try hard enough, the outside world cant help him.
if the fear is about facing interview, the candidate can be sure that the interviewer won't eat him. so why he need to fear there. he asks the same questions he knows and is inquisitive to know from the candidate.try to answer the question as far and as better as one should know.
a couple of demo interviews with family and friends will also help in getting rid of this fear.
but the truth lies within one self
