Helo friends,

Some people say Google is best, while other say Microsoft is best. There are some who says WIPRO, infosys is best.

This is the forum to discuss the best software company to work for.

Also please mention why you think the company you are telling is the best company?

In my opinion, one cannot examine the qualities of the best company with having self experience and one cannot work wiht multi companies in short time. so the answer to this question will be absolutely correct .

The best in the company should be its recruitment and selection board, regular Training and development,  Market value, Rise of employee as per his/her performace..

As per my knowledge 'L'&'T', Google are the best.
